You know why you would do ship RPs in the first place? Because you see a strong connection or compatibility that you can’t see with other characters. The fact that someone decides to completely change a character’s personality for the sake of an OTP says that there really isn’t a strong of a connection as you think. I’ve seen people turn strong characters into weak, dependent characters. That disgusts me.

“The Fault in our Death Stars”

So I had this idea ages ago, but I never really got started on it.
Earlier this month, I finally did and it turned out great! :D
So I’m saving this graphic for May 4th, but now I find out #thefaultinourdeathstars is already a thing?!?

Oh well. I guess there’s little point in keeping it from you, then…

Anyway, I was on a roll, so this also happened:

Wendy, like any other night, looked out her window, and sat down in her window seat. It had been a while since Peter visited her and since she had talked to Tinkerbell, but she always left her window open. She sighed inwardly, and rested her head upon her hand. “Oh, Peter…” she said, wiping a tear from her eye. Had he abandoned her forever? Had he found another girl? Did he not like her anymore? They used to be so close, he even used to call her a princess. But now… where was he? Where was Tinkerbell? Maybe they had completely forgotten about her. Peter tended to forget about things and people sometimes, but this was the first serious time he’d forgotten about her, and it hurt her. 

So, before she started to cry, she decided to close the window, lock it. Peter wouldn’t come back anyways, she’d lost all faith in him. Then, when Michael and John asked her why she did it, she simply said that Peter wasn’t coming back. 

She thought about the last time she talked to him, he didn’t even finish talking to her. They were talking and then he suddenly… he looked sort of alarmed and left without warning. She, of course, decided to wait for a few minutes, because she was sure he’d be back… but he wasn’t. So now, after three months of waiting for him, of searching for him, she was finally doing she knew she had to do since a long time ago…

She was going to grow up. 

This post was one of the best things I did haha 

I guess I got inspired by Casa de Muñecas, a book in which the main character, Nora, emancipates from her husband and frees herself. She can rely on her own self on not on her husband or father. Girl power, female rights, that’s what I’m talking about. 

Wendy shows that she’s not gonna wait around for Peter to come get her. Peter left her and like any independent woman (though in my rp blog, she’s around twelve or thirteen) would, she let go of him and got over it. I’m really proud of this and I love this post. Thanks for reading.
